Hey girly! While we hope you love everything you get from us, we know sometimes an item just doesn't work out! Happiness is number one around here and we're happy to offer returns! If for some reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, please refer to our return policy below.

Returns:

If the return meets all return criteria stated below, a store credit (Poppy and Seed E-Gift card) will be issued. We do not issue refunds to the original form of payment.

• A request for a return must be received within 14 calendar days of your item being delivered.

• Returns must be delivered back to us within 30 calendar days from the date your order was delivered.

• Returns received after 30 calendar days will be refused. You will be responsible for return shipping charges.

• Refunds will be issued in the form of a store credit (Poppy and Seed E-Gift card).Shipping charges are non-refundable.

• We are not responsible for returned shipping costs, lost or stolen packages. (It is highly recommended to purchase route shipping protection to protect you from lost or stolen packages) 

• We do not provide return labels.

If we smell perfume, smoke, see pet hair/ see any visible blemishes, or can tell the item has been worn, it will be returned to you at your cost and we will no longer accept returns from you. We know that won't happen though! We <3 all our Poppy and Seed Babes. 😊

Shoe boxes must be shipped in a separate box or mailer, as they are considered part of the product's original condition. If a shoe box is damaged or taped, the return will be refused.

Sale, Clearance, BOGO, or any discounted item marked sale is Final Sale.

• Any purchase using a 25% off or more discount or code is Final Sale.

• Jewelry, hair accessories, swimwear, intimates, cosmetics, and any other accessories are Final Sale.

If a final sale item is returned to us, it will be returned to you at your cost. If you do not reply to our email within 7 calendar days, the ineligible return will be donated. We will attempt to contact you 2 times before donating.

Please allow up to 5-7 calendar days for your return to be processed. Once your return is processed you will receive an email notification.

INSTALLMENTS: Sezzle or Shop Pay:

• We offer full store credit for all eligible returns including items paid for with Sezzle or Shop Pay.

• If a purchase was made using Shop Pay or Sezzle the customer is still responsible for paying thefull balance even though the Poppy and Seed E-Gift card has been issued for the return.

Defective Item:

• If you have received a defective item please contact our customer service team by email at hello@shoppoppyandseed.com within 3 business days of delivery. Please include your first and last name, order number, items name, and photo of the defect in the email.

• If you contact us outside of the 3 business day window the item does not qualify for replacement or store credit.

Cancellations:

Orders cannot be changed, modified, or canceled after checkout.

Exchanges:

We do not offer exchanges currently. An E-Giftcard will be issued once your return is processed. We recommend placing a new order for the item you wish to exchange. The reason is we cannot always guarantee the item/size you would like to exchange will be in stock.

Please note if applicable, listed in the description of every item on the website and app are the size charts of the item, a sizing guideline, and the model size. Our Product Management team works diligently to ensure these details are correct and specific to every applicable item.

Each item is photographed to display the true color/pattern. Although we try to accurately photograph each item, exact coloring of merchandise may vary due to indoor/outdoor lighting, various computer or mobile device screens, resolutions and more. Items with a slight variance will not be considered defective.

How do I access my store credit?

An E-Giftcard is emailed to you once your return has been received and processed. On occasion a gift card may go to your Spam folder. If you need additional assistance finding your store credit please email hello@shoppoppyandseed.com. All gift cards are nonrefundable and do not expire.
